Preventive health · Early detection

Your doctor keeps your records.
Nobody keeps track of you.

The health system is built to treat you once something has gone wrong. It is not built to notice the six months beforehand, the sleep that slipped, the energy that faded, the thing you mentioned twice and forgot about.

Absolute Health follows your health day to day and learns what normal looks like for you. So when it changes, you find out early, while it is still small.

Early access is limited. No spam, one email when your place is ready.

Nobody is watching the gap

Ten minutes a year, if you are lucky. Everything that matters happens in the months between, and none of it is written down anywhere.

Averages are not you

“Normal range” is a population, not a person. What matters is what is normal for you, and how far you have drifted from it.

Early is everything

Almost every health problem is smaller, cheaper and more survivable the sooner it is found. The hard part has always been noticing.

The personalisation revolution has reached everything except your health

Your phone knows your habits. Your bank knows your spending. Your health, the one thing you cannot replace, is a folder someone else keeps, written in a language you cannot read, opened twice a decade.

An overworked system is doing its best with the time it has. That is not a scandal, it is arithmetic. But it does mean the person paying closest attention to your health has to be you, and paying attention is exactly what people have no tools for.

This is that tool.

Questions

What does Absolute Health actually do?
It keeps track of your health the way a good doctor would if they saw you every day rather than once a year, noticing what is normal for you, and telling you when something changes.
Is this a replacement for a doctor?
No. It does not diagnose and it does not prescribe. It notices what is happening to you between appointments, which is where almost everything actually happens.
Why does early detection matter so much?
Because almost everything is easier to deal with early. The difference between catching something at the start and catching it late is usually the whole story.
What happens to my data?
It is yours. Stored in the UK, never sold, and you can read all of it or delete all of it whenever you like.
